Responsibilities:
- Responsible for head and lead management initiatives and training initiatives
- Support the development of the business plans of the sales unit
- Develop sales strategies to achieve the set business targets
- Ensures the desired volume of referral leads are generated by the unit staff
- Builds relationships with the Agency team
- Visits customers and promote identified Insurtech financial plans with unit staff when necessary in the form of field coaching
- Make sales calls when necessary
- Ensure development and management of sales talents
- Use high tech tools only for business management
